Major leaks or bursts
No water or very low pressure
Dirty, cloudy, or discolored water

Important Notes:

During monthly flushing, brief low pressure or discolored water is normal.
We are responsible for lines up to and including your water shutoff valve.
If the problem is on the customer’s side of the shutoff valve (private plumbing), a $50 service call fee may apply.

Emergency Water Shortage

Current Status: No active emergency water shortage is in effect at this time.

In the event of an emergency water shortage (due to drought, infrastructure failure, contamination, or other critical conditions), the Board may declare stages of conservation and implement mandatory restrictions.

Possible Measures During a Shortage

Mandatory outdoor watering restrictions (days/hours)
Prohibition on non-essential water use (washing vehicles, filling pools, etc.)
Temporary service interruptions or reduced pressure
Increased monitoring and enforcement

Updates will be posted on this website, emailed to shareholders, and (when necessary) distributed by door hangers or local announcements.
